STATEMENT UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03

Air Dolomiti S.p.A. Linee Aeree Regionali Europee, in the person of its legal representative Jörg Eberhart, with registered offices in Dossobuono di Villafranca (VR) at Via Paolo Bembo 70, P.IVA 00445990310, tel. +39 045 8605211 and fax +39 0481474540, “Controller” for the processing of personal data, is required to provide some information regarding the use of personal and/or sensitive data.

Data source and purposes for processing
The personal data and any sensitive data in the possession of Società Air Dolomiti S.p.A. Linee Aeree Regionali Europee are collected through digital and paper-based instruments and/or directly from our customers and/or their collaborators, from suppliers and/or their collaborators, or from other third parties. The data you provide are processed by Società Air Dolomiti S.p.A. Lines Aeree Regionali Europee solely for (i) providing the services you request, including personnel selection and recruitment, and for activities related to and/or essential for carrying out those services; (ii) sending and/or receiving proposals related to those activities; (iii) for compliance with legal, regulatory and Community obligations and directives issued by legally empowered authorities and supervisory and oversight bodies.

Procedure and processing of the data
The personal data will be processed with a guarantee of security and confidentiality and, not only with manual instruments but also through automatic instruments (computer-based and online) that can store, manage and transmit the data.
Please be advised also that your personal data will be processed in conformity with the procedure indicated in Article 11 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which dictates, among other things, that the data be processed legally and correctly, collected and recorded for definite, explicit and legitimate purposes, exact and, if necessary, updated, pertinent, complete and not exceeding the purposes of the processing, stored in a form that permits the identification of the data subject for a period not to exceed that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed. Copies or originals of documents containing personal data of the data subject may be conveyed to the spouse or cohabitating persons, to relatives and kin and/or employees and/or collaborators of the data subject.

Navigation data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data, in the normal course of operation, that are transmitted implicitly when using the Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified parties, but by their nature, they could permit the identification of the users, through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers the users utilize to connect to the site, the URIs (uniform resource identifiers) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the dimension of the response file, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data are used solely to derive anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to ensure it is functioning properly, and are cancelled immediately after processing. The data might be used to determine liability in cases of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, web contact data do not persist for more than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site will result in the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary for responding to the requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Rights of the data subject
At any time, you may exercise your rights in respect of the data controller, as outlined in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which we indicate here in full for your convenience.
Article 7, Legislative Decree 196/2003 – Right of access to the personal data and other rights
Data subjects shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, even if the data have not yet been recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
Data subjects shall have the right to information on: the source of the personal data; the purposes and modes of processing; the logic applied when the data are processed with the use of electronic instruments; the identity of the data controller, data processing officers and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5.2; the parties or categories of parties to which the personal data can be transferred or which can gain knowledge of them as designated representatives of the State, processing officers, or processors.
Data subjects shall have the right to obtain: the updating, correction or, when they are interested, additions to the data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of law, including those that need not be retained for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; certification that the parties to which the data have been transferred or disseminated have been notified of the operations specified in points a) and b), also regarding their content, except for the case where notification proves impossible or requires the use of means clearly disproportionate to the right being protected.
Data subjects shall have the right to oppose, wholly or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of their personal data, even when it pertains to the purpose of collection, and the processing of their personal data for sending advertising or direct marketing material or to conduct market research or commercial communication surveys.
Consequences of non- or partial disclosure of the data
Your disclosure of your personal data is optional, but please note that failure to disclose, or the partial disclosure of, your data may jeopardize or hinder the provision of the service you have requested.

Duration of processing
Please be informed that the data you provide will be processed until the service you requested has been terminated, and in any case, in compliance with civil and fiscal legislation, the documents and papers related to those data will remain on file in company offices not accessible to outside parties. Should the processing of the data be terminated, they may be transferred to another data controller within a time frame compatible with the purposes for which they have been collected.
